Kove is an esports organisation. We are assembling it in order: structure, then people, then results. Announcements come after the thing they describe already exists.
Strength here isn't a pose. It's the hunger to show up again after a loss, and then again after that. None of it is easy, and that's exactly the point we hold ourselves to.
Standards
The bar does not move for convenience. It reads the same in a scrim as it does on a stage.
Intent
Nothing here is decorative. Every decision has a reason we are willing to say out loud.
Build
Infrastructure before attention. We would rather be late and finished than early and thin.

The room stays small on purpose. People who show up consistently get a say in what happens next.
